Empowered (future) mums

Through psychological preparation, you create the foundation for a fulfilling journey as a mother. You develop the ability to lead with intention from the heart—nurturing your well-being for the benefit of your family. After giving birth, participating in the community protects you from isolation by offering exchange and support.

  • As a mother, you are constantly challenged and cannot simply "clock out." Self-leadership is especially essential in personal and family relationships, where your whole self is needed to be fully present.

  • In our relationships, our personal histories surface, making it crucial to understand our unconscious strategies—ideally, even before becoming a parent.

  • When you apply self-care and act from a place of self-efficacy, you’ll inspire everyone around you.

  • By allowing yourself to question and regularly reassess role expectations, you can free yourself from old patterns and truly connect with yourself.

  • Gaining awareness leads to genuine empowerment: for setting clear boundaries and making heartfelt decisions.

Reflecting within a group and mutually strengthening one another fosters sustainable success.

  • Unconventional decisions and creative problem solving are my specialty.
